PREMIER CARE PLUS INSURANCE

ALL THE BENEFITS OF PREMIER CARE WITH THE ADDITIONAL FEATURES OF:

Public Liability -up to £2 Million Covers policyholder whilst using the mobility product.

Accidental Damage, Fire, Theft, Storm and Flood -Covers all costs incurred as a result of any of the above.

New for Old Replacement - Where the mobility product is under 2 years old.

National Breakdown Recovery -
"Get you home" following an accident or breakdown. (up to £100)

Personal Effects Cover- Cover the costs of replacing damaged personal effects following an insured event. (up to a maximum of £100)

Injury Cover - £1000 following death, loss of a limb or sight following an accident.

Hospitalisation Benefit - £5 per day towards the cost of incurred expenses whilst away from home (subject to conditions)

Convalescence Benefit -
Up to £100 following a mugging (subject to a supporting police and doctor's report)

Temporary Hire Cover- Assistance to keep you mobile whilst your equipment is being repaired (subject to availability).

National Breakdown Recovery -
Cover is extended to include recovery of you and your mobility product after a puncture or battery failure.

Legal Expenses - Up to £25,000 following an insured accident. We will provide the funds to sue others to seek compensation for you.

Manual Wheelchair Cover -
Free cover for the policyholder's manual wheelchair up to £1000.

New for Old Replacement - Extended to
3 years following accidental damage.

Any Driver Cover - Covers any driver with the permission of the policyholder.

• Injury Cover - Accidental Death Benefit Full refund of original purchase price or Sum Insured (whichever is the lesser) following death caused by an accident whilst using your mobility product (subject to a minimum of £1000).

Hospitalisation Benefit-
Increases to £10 per day

Deterioration of Health -
If following an insured event your health suffers and your current mobility product is no longer suitable, we will (subject to conditions) provide an exchange mobility product that meets your needs. (up to a maximum of £3000).

It is impossible to put a price on the freedom your mobility product will give you. However it is possible to put a price on the cost of ensuring that you are able to keep mobile at all times.

Unfortunately repair costs can be extremely expensive, as some of the components used to build today's mobility products are highly sophisticated.

Premier Care Warranty has been specifically designed to give you complete financial protection.

Premier Care Warranty is available on new & used Mobility Products. The cover on new products commences immediately after the manufacturer's guarantee expires giving a total period of 2 or 3 years. Full details of all terms, conditions and exclusions are contained in your policy document and subject to no claims being made we will provide you with a full premium refund if you are dissatisfied in any way with the cover provided.


CLAIMS PROCEDURE

Wherever possible we will authorise the claim direct to the repairer, subject to approval of the claim form and estimate.

We have built a reputation for fast and fair claims settlements. We reserve the right to inspect any damage or seek an alternative estimate.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

We sincerely hope that you will never have need to complain. However, in compliance with the ABI code of practice, a full complaints procedure is detailed on your Certificate of Insurance which will be issued to you when your application is processed.

We have produced a brand new extended warranty that includes insurance. This means that should you have a accident such as to spill a hot drink or drop the controller to your riser chair, you will now be covered. The FSA is the independent watchdog that regulates financial services. It requires us to give you the documents. Use this information to decide if our services are right for you.

2. Whose insurance products do we offer?
We only offer products from a single insurer -
Premier Care Accidental damage Insurance, Personal Liability Insurance and Mechanical Breakdown Warranty through Amlin Underwriting Ltd.

3. Which Services will we provide you with?
We will advise and make a recommendation for you after we have assessed your needs fpr the above types of insurance.

4. What will you have to pay us for our service?
No fee

5. Who regulates us?

Fair Price Mobility, Sheffield, 71A Pingle Road, S. Yorkshire, S7 2LL., is an appointed representative of Mark Bates Limited of Premier House, Harlaxton Road, Granthan, Lincs, NG31 7JX, which is authorised and regulated by the Finantial Service Authority. Register No. 3-8390.

If you wish to register a complaint about the Premier Care Mobility scheme or related issues, please contact us in writing to:

If you cannot settle your complaints with us, you may be entitles to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

7. Are we covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)?

We are covered by the FSCS. You nay be entitled to compensation from the schemeif we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim. Insurance advising and arranging is covered for 100% of the first £2000 and 90% of the remainder of the claim. Without any upper limit.
