When Nature calls...

THE PIPINETTE POTTY

Pic of the Pipinette Potty

This Amazing little Pot has freed up my life no end! People often do not understand that when I say I have to Go, I mean I have to GO NOW! It can be so awkward especially to women but with this pot I am secure.

I can go as and when I like (this means that the bladder also empties properly). I just grab the pot and whilst standing up holding the car door or my scooter, I just slip it inside my jogging bottoms (no knickers!) and no one is any the wiser what I am doing, even in a crowded street. I then extract the pot discretely and pop the lid on, a tight fit so you won't spill before you have a chance to empty it! You can even buy special powder that solidifies liquid, if there is no possibility of chucking it away at the time!

The 700 ml standard Pipinette Pot only costs £12 (incl P&P)!
The Pipinette pot is now also available from LEMCO in a larger size (900ml) as well!

"My Cosysoles are great. They keep my feet deliciously warm. I got so used to having cold feet, so it's a real novelty for me to have them as warm as toast once again. I highly recommend them!"

They cost £35, + £11 P&P. For further information visit the Cosy Soles webpage or call Cosysoles direct on 1-905-878-4093 (Canada).

Sylvie does warn, however, that if you are unlucky you may have to pay import taxes as well (~£10). The chances are you that you won't have to pay this but be prepared for this eventually.

'Cosysoles' are slippers which you can warm up in the microwave.

Priority electricity/has service for those with chronic illness.

Did you know that your gas and electricity suppliers offer a priority service to the disabled and elderly?

New research by Ofgem (the Office of Gas and Electricity Markets) suggests three out of four eligible customers are not aware of their additional rights. These include "easy read" bills, a password scheme to protect against bogus callers, help with metre readings, a free annual safety check and priority reconnection after any power cuts. Firms have a duty to tell their customers about the scheme, which is also open to disabled people and the chronically sick.

If you think you could be eligable call your gas and electricity suppliers. Alternatively you can call Energiwatch on 0845 9060708.

Ofgem is the regulator for Britain's gas and electricity industries. Its role is to promote choice and value for all customers. To visit Ofgem's webpage click here:
